I will bring to you my experience on mindful topics, empowering women and create a fun, safe space to chat and listen to some great music, my podcasts are inclusive to everyone. I do this because I believe I have made a difference in lots of my friends lives and can make a difference on a public platform. I will be as honest and open and share my life challenges and the tools I have used to become who I am today.Only if we are honest can we truly enrich others lives by being kind, unselfish and to show love to all.
